ACTIVITIES
In more than thirty years the company has gained a lot of experience in designing and manufacturing moulds and special equipments of various kind, relying on the state-of-the art technology, on the know-how of its technicians but especially on the direct and continuous collaboration with the customer.
Fundamental principle for Euromeccanica in its growth prospects is the satisfaction of the customer, either the national and the foreign one. Starting from a first phase of study and analysis of a problem and design of the possible solutions, we come to the realization of the required mould or fixture.

RESEARCH AND DESIGN
It’s in the technical department, a very modern office, which all the projects and designs are discussed. The use of CAD 2D-3D and CAM 2D-CAM 3D software is essential for the programming of the CNC Machining Center.

MECHANICAL MACHININGS
Our workshop can rely on high level equipments: either conventional tooling machines and the most advanced CNC machining center, result of an investment and research policy which aims at keeping the company constantly updated.
Our experience, our know-how and the use of special tools of extremely good quality allow us to work any type of material.
The quality of our products is guaranteed by a very scrupulous checking operation carried out first from the operator himself near the tooling machine, and later in the metrology laboratory.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Three are the main services offered by Euromeccanica:
  1. Installation of the manufactured machines or fixtures by our specialized technicians;
  2. Training service to the final operators of the client company (on demand);
  3. Extraordinary maintenance and equipments repair, in our plant or by our client’s plant.
LASER REPAIR
This innovative technology has revolutionized some of our working procedures.
The laser welding allows us to repair workpieces of important value without running the risk that distortions or cracks could affect the material, as it could happen with other welding technologies, especially with the TIG welding.
In some cases, the repaired areas with laser welding can be definitively restored with a further manual finishing operation. On the contrary, the workpiece welded with the traditional welding technologies need to be submitted to further working procedures by a machine tool.
Moreover, many special materials can be used for the laser welding such as: special kinds of steel and bronze, aluminium, copper and titanium.
