QUALITY POLICY
EUROMECCANICA Mazzer S.r.l. is committed to manufacture moulds, presses and mechanics equipments for the production industry and components for the industrial fields such as for the automotive and medical industries.
Dynamism and flexibility in researching and developing innovative solutions make this company a market leader, thanks to the full involvement of the whole company staff.
Priority target for Euromeccanica is the full satisfaction of its clients. In this sense, Euromeccanica thinks that the quality of its products, result of a constant commitment in every business process and of a continuous improvement of its services, is the key to become a market leader company.
It’s with the creation and development of a Quality System that Euromeccanica can achieve and keep these objectives in the most appropriate way.

The achievement of performance standards more and more oriented to the customer satisfaction imposes the achievement of the following business strategic objectives:

  • Consolidation and expansion of the market share;
  • Realization of services which meet:
    • the requirements, the needs and the customer expectations at competitive costs in relation to the agreed times;
    • the requirements and the safety and accident-prevention regulations and the criteria of environmental upkeep.

The Quality System for Euromeccanica N.Mazzer S.n.c.is based on the following essential requirements:
  • the direct and continuous commitment of the General Management, of the Quality Committee and of the REMS (Responsabile del sistema di gestione della qualità – Quality Manager), to monitor and regularly review the Quality System;
  • the full and conscious involvement of the whole company staff, at any level, in applying the Quality System;
  • the constant improvement of the Quality System with particular attention to its effects on the business process;
  • the synergic business relationship with the client, in order to correctly evaluate his needs and to answer promptly;
  • the close collaboration with suppliers in order to get an improvement in quality of the supplied products and services;
  • particular attention is given to the training and development of the whole company staff, conscious that human resources have great importance;
  • the implementation of a system to redefine and monitor the Quality plan and its objectives.

The General Management will constantly ensure the right application of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and will constantly keep all the staff informed about it.
The hereby Quality Policy will be reviewed at least once a year by the General Management in order to verify and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
